LandFinder is pre-revenue. The lead machine runs in personal-use mode for the operator today — daily digest, ranked email, enrichment, and a live signed-in web app on our production VPS (verified in T6.198) for allow-listed pilots. There are no paying customers yet.
Allow-listed pilots can open live sign-in on HTTP today; TLS and a branded domain are owner-gated (T6.200). Production recovery (June 2026): GitHub-hosted digest verified 15/15 plays, 0 errored after recent data-flow fixes — credible traction versus the earlier era when most plays failed and the daily run showed zero new leads.
