1. Ingest public sources
Connectors pull planning applications, brownfield registers, Land Registry ownership and price-paid data, Companies House officers, and other approved open datasets. Geographic scope is tiered (Greater Manchester core, inner and outer rings, national English LPAs, and selected Wales overlays).
2. Enrich and match
Each site is stored with geometry and linked to registered owners where registers allow. Configured plays — filters encoding deal patterns such as brownfield land owned by a small private company — score sites. Multiple plays hitting the same site appear once with a combined reason stack.
3. Deliver a ranked digest
The operator receives a single email with the best-scoring leads first. Each entry includes one-click links (maps, Companies House, council planning portals) and a short “who to contact” block derived from public registers.
Separate product surfaces
A signed-in web app is live today for allow-listed pilots (brief builder, match list, map) on our production VPS. That application runs separately from this static marketing site — HTTP on a bare IP until TLS and a branded domain land (T6.200). There is still no open registration or billing on the marketing pages you are reading now.
